"Two Sides of the Light -Taisei Sato Exhibition Oil Paintings and Grass Paintings"

We are pleased to introduce the solo show of Mr. Taisei Sato with his new pieces. Mr. Sato won the Showakai Award at the 12th Showakai Exhibition in 1977 and has held large exhibitions at our gallery since the following year. His enthusiastic and passionate creativity always give us fresh astonishment. He is also supported by his fans and has successfully lived up to his name as the top artist of the contemporary western painting field.

He named the subtitle as "Two Sides of the Light," expressing discovery and joy he captured in his daily life vividly and lyrically in oil paintings and glass paintings. He may show colorful hopes to us living under the current uncertain situations during the prolonged Covid-19 effects.
