"Showakai Exhibition Memorial for New York Award Winning Taichi Hara Exhibition" Main Gallery

Mr. Taichi Hara, who won the New York Award at Showakai Exhibition the year before last year will hold his first solo exhibition. His style of a rabbit in the picture inviting viewers to the imaginary world was highly evaluated, and he is expanding his stage of work to the world including New York after winning the Award.
Since this exhibition is for the memorial of award winning, he shaped the exhibition as a story where the "main character = the rabbit" departs for New York, experiences difficulties in the course and various events in the free world he has never seen, and rethinks about himself in the journey. The scene of departure is" to open the door of Nichido Gallery!" which is such a nice "mis en scence." Furthermore, he does not only involve creative image of the characters he has been working on, but also shows new challenge such as use of a lot of landscapes of the real world, which gives feeling of his enthusiasm as a progressing creator.
