Artist Kazuya Sakamoto's solo exhibition "Landscape gardening" will be held at Yonago City Museum of Art, in Tottori prefecture. This will be Sakamoto's first solo exhibition in a museum, which is actually located in Yonago City, the hometown of the artist. As Yonago is also the place that nurtured his love and sensitivity for art, Kazuya Sakamoto felt especially grateful to be able to have a solo exhibition back in his hometown. Kazuya Sakamoto mentioned that the starting point of his water plant creations is the yearning and longing for nature when he left his hometown to study art at Nagoya Art University. A wide exhibition space will welcome Sakamoto's recent works providing for the first time the opportunity for visitors to enjoy.
